Condensed colophony flux, medium activity RMA conforming to MILF 14256 standard, designed for SMD mounting and repairing. May be dispensed through a screen, a stencil or form a syringe.
Soldering residues are non-corrosive.
But if from technological reasons a cleaning is applied, all agents designed for this purpose may be used.
Corrosivity : complies with Cu mirror test
Chlorides : comply with paper chromatography test
Acid value : 100 mg KOH+/-10g/1g of flux
Surface resistance : > 108 W.
